How do I return or exchange my items?
We want you to fall in love with our lashes. But if you're having second thoughts, we can accept return or exchange if the lashes are not used, are also in their original packaging (not damaged). The return and exchange costs must be paid at the buyer's expense.
What the process after I've shipped my items back?
Our warehouse team will process your return as it's received, and we'll do our best to issue you the appropriate exchange or refund as soon as possible. It's best to provide us with a tracking number so we can anticipate you return. If you've sent your items back but have not received any emails from us, please contact us.
